The Brystal is one of our most popular models because of its expandability. It includes a 24-foot covered porch deep enough to accommodate four rocking chairs. Inside, the open floor plan reveals a huge family room with a vaulted ceiling, a large kitchen with an island, a breakfast area, and a hidden laundry area with a side entrance. For even more space, you can add an optional deck or Florida Room, complete with French doors.

For maximum privacy, the bedrooms in this model are strategically placed so they’re at opposite ends of the home. The owner’s bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, is on one side of the home, while two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom are on the other. The Barber is a beautiful farmhouse with a stylish gable. It features an attractive design with six large windows and a huge 58-foot covered porch perfect for a complete set of rocking chairs from the Cracker Barrel. Inside, you’ll find a large family room with a vaulted ceiling that flows into a generously sized kitchen with a bar. French doors lead to a large, covered porch and a separate rear entrance.

On the left side of the home is a private owner’s wing with an enormous walk-in pantry, a massive owner’s bedroom with a feature-rich bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. Continue to the back of the home, and you’ll find a mudroom with a coat closet and sitting area, a large laundry room, and a rear entrance.
