The Brystal

The Brystal is one of our most popular models because of its expandability. It includes a 24-foot covered porch deep enough to accommodate four rocking chairs. Inside, the open floor plan reveals a huge family room with a vaulted ceiling, a large kitchen with an island, a breakfast area, and a hidden laundry area with a side entrance. For even more space, you can add an optional deck or Florida Room, complete with French doors.

For maximum privacy, the bedrooms in this model are strategically placed so they’re at opposite ends of the home.
