The Beall is a traditional 2-story farmhouse design reminiscent of the 1930s. It features a classic wrap-around front porch, part of which is screened for bug-free entertaining. Inside, you’ll find a large open floor plan with a unique breakfast bar that separates the generously sized kitchen from the family room.

On one side of the home is a large owner’s bedroom with a nicely appointed bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. On the other side is a powder room, mudroom/laundry room, and French doors that lead to an optional deck. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, including one larger than the owner’s bedroom. This gives you tremendous flexibility.
