The Madren is a large 2-story home with 2,342 square feet of living space, front and back covered porches, and an attached side-load garage. It features a private foyer, an easily accessible front office with French doors, and a huge family room with an optional fireplace. On one side of the home is a kitchen with a huge breakfast bar, a breakfast area with a window, a powder room, a walk-in pantry, and a laundry room. On the other side is the owner’s bedroom, complete with double walk-in closets and a private toilet. Pocket doors scattered throughout this model add stylish space-saving access to many areas.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms—one of which includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet that’s perfect for guests or in-laws. The two others share a third full bathroom.
