The Maxey, which is similar to The Barber model, is part of our farmhouse collection. It features more than 2,100 sq. ft. of living space, a massive 58-foot covered front porch, a huge family room with a vaulted ceiling, a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, and four bedrooms, all on a single level. At the back of the home, through a set of beautiful French doors, is a huge 42-foot covered porch, which provides the perfect space for entertaining and relaxation.

On one side of the home, you’ll find three bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. On the opposite side is a large owner’s bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a shower with a seat, a double-sink vanity, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet.
