The Palmer is part of our farmhouse collection and is a two-story design with more than 2,500 sq. ft. of living space. It features a classic farmhouse exterior with a covered wrap-around porch similar to the iconic farmhouse in Field of Dreams. This fantastic design includes an open floor plan that combines a vast great room with an exposed beam, an optional fireplace, and a large kitchen/breakfast area with a breakfast bar. There’s even extra storage under the stairs. On the opposite side is a large owner’s bedroom with a generously sized walk-in closet and private bathroom.
