Darrell and his team are amazing! I spoke with several other builders before Darrell and they weren’t necessarily accommodating but Darrell listened and made me feel like I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I had multiple points of contact throughout the entire process and anything that I wanted to change or any questions I had etc. weren’t an issue at all; they were very responsive and transparent. My first time home buying experience has been nothing short of amazing and simple and I appreciate the entire team!!!
